About Connie Goudriaan - Van Driel

Born in Holland and working professionally in Europe before moving south, I have been producing art in Cape Town, South Africa since 2009.

Although experimenting with many different media I found my chosen medium is painting with oils. 

I love the impressionists and the way they put paint on the canvas as well as their selection and use of colors.

I was formally trained and attended oil painting classes in both Italy and Cape Town. 

In the past five years I have been spending more time in the US (husband is from Texas) and now predominantly producing my art here in Texas after recently moving to the Waco area.
